Domain name available yesterday but today its taken ? How do I get it back!?

Hi, I checked a domain name yesterday, and it was available. But today it has been taken by another company. And this company specializes in acquiring domain names. Its not really using it for any website ? Maybe its because yesterday I searched for the domain name too many times. Now its automatically taken by this company (http://www.chestertonholdings.com). Is there away to get it back ?

  1. You can't get it back. Someone already purchased it. You can try contacting the purchaser and seeing if they will sell it to you but once they buy it, they have it until their lease of it runs out or they sell it.
  2. you cant. you should have got that domain while it was still available. someone beat you to it.
  3. NO, unless you can get in contact with the company who has it and try to reason with them or even beg if it will get you your name back!
  4. they hijacked it hoping you would pay big bucks for it they will release it in about 6 months
  5. Dude! Same thing happened to me!! I think someone monitors that or something because the next day after I checked, it was bought by another site. Then they wanna charge you like $2,000 for it!! Think of another one and sign up for it RIGHT AWAY!! No way to get the old one back.....unless you buy it. Maybe if it goes unused for awhile....

  8. Unfortunately, you can't take it back. These companies buy thousands of domain names every day that are dropped by other people. Some they keep, others they reject within days. There are quite a few tricks to this, but it also cost more than regular domain registration. Alternatively, you can contact the owner and see if he is willing to sell.
  9. companys watch for these names than grab them as you come back it is taken this is how it works they now want you you to buy this name from them.keep watching and checking if they dont reg the domain name in 30 days it will be free again.and you can grab it back that way
