Will anyone purchase a domain name and pay to transfer it to my web host if I do a full partnership?

I have a website with the url of www.baseballnetwork.ning.com Its a pretty good site that has gotten pretty good reviews, but whats holding me back is my lack of a domain name. This is a side hobby, just for fun, and I will not pay for a domain name. If anyone will agree to pay the transfer fee and the x amount of dollars for the domain name I will place their name into the title or do a huge advertising plan with their company name/logo at the top of my page. The site is fairly new and I haven't spent a great deal of time working on it but if i can get a domain name I would be willing to put a lot of time towards it. 1. That seems like an awful lot of work. Are you aware that you can get a domain name for $10-$12 per year? I have several just-for-fun websites and I have domain names for them all. For around $1/month it's hardly an expensive hobby.
