How does SQL Server web hosting work? Is there an instance of SQL Server created for you on remote server by a web hosting company? If thats the case, how do you access the server for administration and/or development purposes?

1. An SQL database is created for you on the hosting server. The only way you can access it is to have a copy of MSSQL.
