1. I used them for a short while, they use vdeck which isn't great. They recently swtiched some stuff arround and it's caused people problems. They also make it very hard to take your site away once you're with them. I had a lot of fuss trying to deal with them. I moved to http://www.flowinternet.net/ - very friendly, powerful service, and best of all, it's free to transfer domains and sites away from them, all automatic and easy. Prices are good for both but StartLogic can give you a headache.
