Forget about cost, for web hosting Go Daddy or Network Solutions?
Go Daddy of course is wayyy cheaper, but I heard they advertise on your website if you don't give them a Name Server. I don't even know where to get one of those from. For a professional host...which one would you trust.

- Godaddy would be my pick, google started with godaddy :)
- Neither... I only use Gate.com, but of course I pay for all my sites.
- NS is way to expensive. Godaddy is where I buy all my domains but I host them with Hostgator.com Ive been with them for 2 years and I have had no problems. Prices range from 6.95 to 14.95 and they also have semi and fully dedicated servers. They give you plenty of bandwidth even on the smaller packages.
- I HIGHLY recommend http://www.DependableHost.net - I've gone thru all the "big" hosts including godaddy and Network Solutions- and the customer service and knowledge slacks so much because they've got phone calls coming 24x7x365. Network Solutions overloads their servers - so my site loaded SSSLLLOOOWWWWW and they didn't do anything about it. I've found DependableHost.net and I'll never switch away. As soon as you get your account, you're assigned a "service rep" who is dedicated to your account. I get a phone call every month or so from him asking how things are and if everything is working ok. I also got a christmas card this past week personally signed by him. I've never had my site go down once and I've been with them for 1.5 years now! Anytime I put in a support ticket - I'll get a phone call within a minute or two - or I get an email with a response. I've never seen this dedication from ANY other company out there. They have a 30 days free deal now - check 'em out!!! I Guarantee that you'll be impressed!
- I have to agree with danmont. Hostgator is a much better choice. You also do not want your domains and hosting at the same place. http://www.cowetanet.com/hostgator/hostgator.php
- Go Daddy is not a good choice. http://www.getawebpage.net That site provides a listing of the best web hosts in the business. I'd recommend Bluehost or Startlogic.
