What is the best free web hosting ever ?

those site that offer hosting 90% of them are lire thief, so if you know some site offer web hosting that support php MySQL ...etc that needed to set up a dynamic website with just ads link in the Bottom of the page i will be glad to know . i would pay for it but I'm still student and all the money i earn goes just like that (this mean plz help). if you have a suggestion or a solution i welcome it.
