Cheap is a figure of speech... if it is reliability i would say you would need to stick with incredos.com, they have been there for sometime and have a 30days money back too. I have been with them for about 2 years, no compliants and no downtime, there is both linux and windows hosting offered, that is unique as many affordable players don't offer both, and as you know with windows you can do a lot more with .net framework.
