Has anyone ever heard of these free web hosting companies?

110MB T35 Quotaless What are your thoughts right now I tried both T35 and Quotaless and FTP is way slow. Slower then profusehost or say Angelfire. 110MB I not sure but they seem popular then the others as with the support forms. In general is FTP slow? Like for a 15MB file of Coppermine folder install it takes over 1 hour to FTP it is that normal?

3. Wow, thats super slow! Once upon a time, 10+ years ago, I tried a free host. Needless to say I have found it in my budget to pay for hosting. If there is a free host that is worthwhile out there, I'd bet money that they would get flooded so quickly that they would slow down too. If you can, spend a few bucks a month. That's what I do. I burned through a lot of hosts before I found the ones (plural) that I use now.
