Can we sue Simonweb (web hosting provider) for taking our money but not providing uptime or support? Simonweb has had what I would guess is about a 60% uptime on our website hosted with them. They no longer answer support emails, we cannot cancel our membership through our settings, and they continue to charge us every month.
